Musical Theater Appreciation

This online course discussing one musical each week is specially adapted for adults with disabilities. Each class is one hour in length and is hosted by top industry professionals. We discuss the plots of beloved musicals and show video clips, involve the participants in sing-alongs, and have a live performance each week by an acclaimed guest artist!

In addition to better understanding the plots of the shows, we discuss basic theater terms and concepts and leave time to answer questions from participants.

Your participants can offer suggestions of musicals they would like to know more about, or we can choose a curriculum for you.

We suggest eight weeks, but can do more or less depending on your organization’s needs.
